Objectives

Objectives of Cuxton Community Trust Ltd

1. The Company's name is Cuxton Community Trust Ltd (and in this document it is called "the Charity").

2. The Charity's registered office is to be situated in England and Wales.

3. The Charity's objects ("the Objects") are 'To develop, operate initiatives associated with the education and wellbeing of children, families and the environment, within the context of the Christian Faith in the area of Cuxton, Kent, including:-

(1) to provide nursery care for children under the age of 5 including:-

· Parent and toddler group
· Nursery
· Children's holiday club

(2) to provide recreational facilities for young people including;-

· After hours school club
· Youth club
· School uniform exchange

(3) to promote social responsibility among children, parents and young people including;

· Drop in centre
· Small group use
· Cyber cafe
· Job club
· Coffee mornings
· Lunch club
· Badminton club
· Quiz nights
· Dances
· Christian book and card shop
· Private lettings
· One stop advice centre

(4) to undertake and foster education, research and development in the use of sustainable waste management and care for the environment and dissemination of information arising;

(5) to relieve persons who are in conditions of need or hardship;

(6) to provide help and advice to persons in relation to debt and personal financial management and similar matters;

(7) to promote and fulfill such other charitable purposes beneficial to the community as the Trustees shall from time to time determine.
